Liszt Project CD Giveaway Official Rules

NO CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY - MAKING A CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS GIVEAWAY

HOW TO ENTER THE ABOVE GIVEAWAY: No contribution or purchase is necessary. Enter online between 12:01 a.m. CT Monday October 17, 2011 and 11:59 p.m. CT Monday October 24, 2011. Limit one (1) giveaway entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified from the drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone can enter the giveaway except persons who on or after February 1, 2010, were or are employees of Minnesota Public Radio or its related organizations, including American Public Media, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household. The drawing is open to any United States resident age 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES: Five (5) prize winners will receive the Classical CD "The Liszt Project" CD with Pierre-Laurent Aimard on piano.

Each prize package retail value: $20.00

Winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with using the prize. Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winners will receive the prize as arranged by MPR.

Selection and notification of winners: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. Tuesday October 25, 2011 five (5) winners and ten (10) back up names will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by e-mail.

If Minnesota Public Radio is unable to reach a winner or a winner is unable to accept the prize by 12:00 noon CT on Wednesday November 2, 2011, then that unawarded prize will go to the first available back up thereof until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at Minnesota Public Radio. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.

GENERAL: By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and that Minnesota Public Radio and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the giveaway. Minnesota Public Radio or its related organizations may use winner's name and likeness for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes without further compensation. Expenses as a result of winning this prize are the responsibility of the winner.

RESTRICTIONS: By participating in the giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the giveaway sponsor.
