American Composers Forum—The American Composers Forum seeks to support composers and develop new markets for their music. Founded in 1973 as the Minnesota Composers Forum, the ACF has grown from an innovative regional initiative into one of the nation's premier composer service organizations, with a home office in St. Paul, 10 chapters across the country, and 1,400 members. Forum members work in virtually every musical genre, including orchestral and chamber music, "world" music, opera and music theater, jazz and improvisational music, electronic and electro-acoustic music, and sound art.

Arrowhead Center for the Arts—The Arrowhead Center for the Arts celebrates and promotes the arts, artists, and uniquely creative culture of Minnesota's North Shore and Arrowhead regions. The Arrowhead Center for the Arts is managed by a non-profit community-based organization on behalf of the school, community and local arts organizations. The Center serves the community and visitors to the area with theatre and performing arts, an artists' colony, a community radio station, and an eclectic array of year-round cultural events.

ArtReach Alliance—ArtReach Alliance serves a wide audience of all ages and with diverse interests, from K-12 school children to seniors, artists and art patrons, families and community business. We support multi-disciplinary arts - visual, performing, music and literary and provide resources and development in the arts for artists and the community.

Bush Foundation—Bush Foundation, a private philanthropic foundation based in St. Paul, Minnesota, is committed to enhancing the quality of life in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota by making grants to non-profit organizations and providing fellowships to individuals in those states. It's primary grantmaking areas are human services and health, education, and arts and humanities. Its fellowship programs for individuals are in leadership, arts, and medicine.

Center for Independent Artists—Located in Minneapolis, the Center for Independent Artists nurtures independent artistic vision and fosters diverse cultural perspectives by providing resources and services to independent artists.

Center for the Arts—Originally a Fergus Falls vaudeville house built in 1921, the theatre eventually became a movie house and was named The Orpheum. A Center for the Arts was established in 1993 as a producing organization, providing opportunities for community members to be involved in theatrical and musical productions. A summer children's theatre was added and a community orchestra and a community theatre program.

Central Minnesota Arts Board—Founded in 1977, the Central Minnesota Arts Board (CMAB) is one of eleven Regional Arts Councils serving distinct localities in Minnesota. The purpose of the Central Minnesota Arts Board (CMAB) is to stimulate and encourage the creation, performance, and appreciation of the arts in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, and Wright counties.

Compas—Compas seeks to strengthen people and communities in Minnesota by engaging them in creating art. Compas believes that there is power in creative self expression and that participation in the arts is fundamental to the life of every individual and community.

Fargo-Moorhead Arts—An online resource for all sorts of arts events in the Fargo-Moorhead region. Also includes grant information for artists.

Jerome Foundation—The Jerome Foundation, created by artist and philanthropist Jerome Hill (1905-1972), makes grants to support the creation and production of new artistic works by emerging artists, and contributes to the professional advancement of those artists. The foundation believes in the vigorous and distinctive voices of artists whose works challenge our thinking and add meaning to our lives.

McKnight Foundation—The McKnight Foundation is a private philanthropic organization founded in Minnesota in 1953 by William L. McKnight and his wife, Maude L. McKnight. The McKnight foundation believes artists and arts organizations improve quality of life and help strengthen and stabilize communities, and that fellowships that help support individual artists are essential to retaining and building the creative capital in our state.

Metropolitan Regional Arts Council—The Metropolitan Regional Arts Council (MRAC) serves audiences in Minnesota's seven-county metropolitan region through grants, services, and technical assistance to the arts communities of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties. MRAC supports arts organizations and communities involved in projects that provide opportunities to engage in the process of creating art as well as opportunities to experience the art of others.

Minnesota Association of Community Theatres—An online resource for community theatres across Minnesota.

Minnesota Citizens for the Arts—Minnesota Citizens for the Arts (MCA) is a statewide arts advocacy organization that organizes the arts community to lobby the Minnesota State Legislature and Congress. Its mission is to ensure opportunity for all people to have access to and involvement in the arts.

Minnesota Humanities Commission—The Minnesota Humanities Commission (MHC) inspires people to learn, to grow, and to give to their communities by providing leadership, resources, and programs that advance the study of the humanities—the foundation of democracy, government, and civil life—and that enhance the work of schools, colleges, and cultural organizations throughout the state.

Minnesota Music Academy—The Minnesota Music Academy (MMA) is a nonprofit corporation that provides Minnesota musicians, Minnesota music-related businesses, and appreciators of Minnesota music with educational programs, live music performances, and recognition for contributions to Minnesota music. The Minnesota Music Academy's mission is to be the primary resource for empowering and celebrating Minnesota's diverse music community and economy, by fostering cultural and professional development, as well as the preservation of Minnesota music through education, recognition, public service and presentation.

Minnesota State Arts Board—Established as the State Arts Society in 1903, the Minnesota State Arts Board seeks to promote the quality of life in Minnesota by making the arts accessible to all citizens, nurturing creative activities, encouraging the development of innovative forms of artistic expression and preserving the diverse artistic heritage of the people.

Minnesota Springboard for the Arts—Formed as a non-profit organization in 1998, Springboard for the Arts is a non-profit service organization whose mission is to provide affordable management information, consulting and training services designed to improve the business competence and confidence of independent artists and cultural organizations in the Upper Midwest.

mnartists.org—mnartists.org is an online database of Minnesota artists from all disciplines. It offers to Minnesota-based artists a central gathering place on the Web. It offers the public a new way to explore art and get to know artists. In addition to providing artists with a web page containing images and information, mnartists.org provides news and features about the local arts scene from a variety of sources.

New York Mills Regional Cultural Center—The NYMRCC is dedicated to expanding the cultural and creative opportunities of rural Americans by offering innovative, quality arts programming, and demonstrating how the arts can be used as an economic development tool in rural communities across the nation.

Paramount Arts District—The Paramount Arts District is a cultural center for St. Cloud and the surrounding area. It includes the 700 seat Paramount Theater, visual arts studios and classrooms, as well as administrative office space for several arts organizations. The theater supports events presented by the Central Minnesota Children's Theater, County Stearns Theatrical Company, and the Troupe Theatre.

Visual Arts Minnesota—Visual Arts Minnesota is dedicated to creating opportunities for visual artists to exhibit and sell their work, providing resources for the visual artists, students, and educators, and fostering an appreciation for visual arts in the everyday lives of Minnesotans.

VSA Arts of Minnesota—VSA arts of Minnesota, founded in 1986, is an affiliate of VSA arts in Washington D.C. which was founded in 1974 by Jean Kennedy Smith. It is a non-profit agency that provides programs and services that make the arts available and accessible to Minnesotans with a disability. VSA arts of Minnesota promotes quality, accessible arts experiences for people with all types of disabilities.

Washington Pavilion of Arts and Sciences—The mission of the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science is to educate, entertain, inspire and to enrich community by making arts and science part of our lives. The Visual Arts Center, formerly the Civic Fine Arts Center, features six galleries of changing exhibits, including the works of Native American artists, regional and national contemporary visual arts exhibitions, and the Junior League Children's Studio. The Husby Performing Arts Center brings the best in music, dance and theater from around the globe.

Willmar Area Arts Council—The Willmar Area Arts Council was formed to provide support and exposure for the arts in Willmar and surrounding communities. It maintains an arts calendar which is published online in the Arts Calendar and publishes a newsletter called ArtSpark. It provides support for existing groups and encourage new artistic opportunities in our communities.
