[Responding to MPR News: Boy's disappearance shakes up Sleepy Eye] Consider an emancipated, pregnant minor. Why is it different when we can let a 13 year old make decisions about herself and her baby when she becomes pregnant? Anyone who becomes pregnant in the state of Minnesota, regardless of age, is considered an emancipated minor and makes her own decisions regarding her own health care and that of her infant.
