Caring for the country's growing elderly population is a challenge. And cuts to state and federal budgets mean less money for senior services.

In Minnesota's Todd County, it's often community members picking up the slack. Minnesota Public Radio reporter Nikki Tundel met up with Harry Grammond, one of the many area residents working to address the needs of senior citizens.
