Graph: Drug-related deaths

In a report to be released today, the state Department of Human Services cites a record number of opiate-related deaths in the Twin Cities alone. Experts point to the fact that Minnesota has some of the strongest, cheapest heroin in the country. As high-potency heroin moves into rural areas, people are dying across Minnesota.
