Breaking down the stadium cost

State and local officials have been haggling for months over how many taxpayer dollars they are willing to pay for a new $975 million Minnesota Vikings stadium and where the money will come from.

But the Vikings will employ a hallmark of real estate deals and do much of their financial lifting with other people's money.
