Hairstylist to the dolls

Bloomington, Minn. — It's not easy being a doll. You're subjected to countless tea parties and are often dragged around by your hair. Luckily, there's a place where you can relax and rejuvenate: the American Girl doll salon.

Jan McCulloch works at the American Girl salon at the Mall of America. It's her job to pamper dolls and style their hair. And, yes, she gets paid for this.
