The school board of Independent School District No. 207 (Brandon Schools), State of Minnesota, has proposed to renew the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization of $500 per pupil, which expires at the end of taxes payable year 2009, effective for taxes payable in 2010. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for six years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. The School Board of Independent School District No. 207 (Brandon Schools), State of Minnesota, has proposed to increase its general education revenue by an additional authorization of $200 per pupil, effective for taxes payable in 2010. The proposed authorization would be applicable for six years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Provided that a majority of school district voters approve School Ballot Question 1, shall the increase in revenue proposed by the School Board in Independent School District No. 207 also be approved? YES / NO BY VOTING "YES" ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. | |||
