Montevideo Public School District: School District Question 1
The school board of Independent School District No. 129 (Montevideo Schools), State of Minnesota, has proposed to revoke the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization of $503.35 per pupil, and to replace this authorization with a new authorization of $975 per pupil, effective for taxes payable in 2010. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.

The School Board of Independent School District No. 2180 (MACCRAY), Minnesota has proposed to revoke the existing referendum revenue authorization of $501.03 per pupil that is scheduled to expire after taxess payable in 2011 and to replace that authorization with a new authorization of $1,1101.03 per pupil. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten (10) years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.
