Radio Heartland Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

NO CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY - MAKING A CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS GIVEAWAY

HOW TO ENTER THE ABOVE GIVEAWAY: No contribution or purchase is necessary. Enter online between 09:00 a.m. CT November 3, 2009 and 1:00 p.m. CT November 4, 2009. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone can enter the giveaway except persons who on or after February 15, 2009, were or are employees of Minnesota Public Radio or its related organizations, including American Public Media, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household. The drawing is open to any United States resident age 13 or older. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) pair of tickets to the Tim Eriksen concert at the Cedar Cultural Center on Thursday, November 5, 2009, 7:30pm.

Each prize package retail value: $36.00

Winners are responsible for any and all costs associated with using the prize, including but not limited to transportation and parking. Prize is nontransferable, are not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winners will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by MPR. Tickets must be used in compliance with the venue's box office policies.

Selection and notification of winner: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. After 1:00 p.m. CT November 4, 2009 three (3) winners and six (6) back up names will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by e-mail.

If Minnesota Public Radio is unable to reach a winner or a winner is unable to accept the prize by 9:00 p.m. CT on November 4, 2009, then that unawarded prize will go to the first available back up thereof until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at Minnesota Public Radio. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.

GENERAL: By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and that Minnesota Public Radio and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the giveaway. Minnesota Public Radio or its related organizations may use winner's name and likeness for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes without further compensation. Expenses as a result of winning this prize are the responsibility of the winner.

RESTRICTIONS: By participating in the giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the giveaway sponsor.
