Bronze star winner Joe Galloway on Veterans Day
Award-winning military correspondent Joseph Galloway joins Midday to talk about the men and women who serve in the military, and the lessons we can learn from the wars they have fought. Galloway earned the Bronze Star for valor for rescuing a wounded soldier under heavy fire in the Ia Drang Valley in Vietnam in 1965.11:00 a.m.Joseph Galloway: Longtime award-winning military correspondent for UPI, US News and McClatchy Newspapers. Election officials and lawyers discuss the Gubernatorial vote count--and likely recount
The top elections officials in Hennepin, Ramsey and Washington Counties, and 2008 recount attorneys, met at the Humphrey Institute to analyze the counting of the votes in the 2010 Gubernatorial election.
