Fargo-Moorhead awaits second crest of Red River
National Weather Service forecasters predict the Red River will crest again next week in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Fargo Mayor Dennis Walaker, MPR reporter Dan Gunderson, a hydrologist, and the director of North Dakota's Human Services Department join Midday for an update on the flooding.11:00 a.m.
