What is your opinion of steps that should be taken on the subject of immigration?

Immigrants should not be allowed to "cut in line" in getting the benefits of citizenship. They can't pay enough taxes to pay for the cost of educating their children. We have a moral obligation to defend our borders and enforce our laws.
We should enforce employer labor laws to the fullest extent, using advanced technology to monitor the border, and increasing the number of professional border patrol agents. Those whose only offense is immigrating without authorization should be allowed to get in line for citizenship, but only after returning to their country of origin.
