Michele M. BachmannMichele M. Bachmann ANSWER OPTION: Congress must open up domestic supplies of energy to exploration to reduce the pain at the pump. From reserves in the West to ANWR to the outer-continental shelf, the U.S. has untapped resources that can increase energy supply and reduce prices.

El TinklenbergEl Tinklenberg ANSWER OPTION: We need to move forward on many fronts to help America become energy independent, including responsible domestic exploration, increasing fuel efficiency standards, creating tax incentives for renewable energy, and encouraging conservation. We also need to invest in our country's infrastructure to conserve energy, create jobs and fuel the economy.
