A new vision for Block E in downtown Minneapolis

We could call it Block E's Plan B, if there hadn't been so many other plans before it. The latest vision for the long-troubled block of downtown Minneapolis includes a professional basketball practice facility, as well as new office and restaurant space.

Bill Lindeke edits the transportation blog Streets.MN and has been studying Block E as part of a documentary he's producing for KFAI. The Daily Circuit talks with Lindeke about why past ideas haven't worked, and whether this one might.
