While Gov. Mark Dayton has proposed a sales tax on clothing items over $100 as part of his 2013 budget, the North Dakota Legislature is considering a bill that would exempt clothing from the state's sales tax.
Sen. George Sinner, D-Fargo, introduced the bill and will join The Daily Circuit Monday Feb. 18 to discuss the legislation.
