The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has reissued an alert for a man missing since October.
The BCA says Matthew Pulis, 31, does not drive and was last seen at a bar in downtown Bemidji on Oct. 20. His bank account has not been accessed since that time. He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 165 pounds, and having brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information should contact the Bemidji police department.
