Minnesota is among the nation's leaders in wind energy production, and several of the state's wind energy businesses have urged Congress to extend the production tax credit, or PTC.
Shanelle Montana associate for legislative affairs for EDF Renewable Energy in Minneapolis, says that Congress must keep the wind energy credit, set to expire Dec. 31.
