Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak and St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman will join us at the MPR booth to talk about their recently released city budget plans for the 2013 fiscal year. We'll also play a game of Twin Cities trivia to see how much each mayor knows about the other's city.
