Rep. Chip Cravaack, R-Minn., is pushing for more federal money to arm pilots, calling them the last line of defense against terrorists. The TSA and White House has questioned the value of the $25 million Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) program and has proposed cuts. Aviation expert Andrew Thomas joins The Daily Circuit to talk about the program.
