Kerri's book Pick of the Week is the biography of the man that Eric Clapton called "by far without a doubt the best guitar player alive:" blues legend Buddy Guy.

"When I Left Home" tells Guy's story from his childhood in 1930s Louisiana to the present day. The strong point of the book according to Kirkus Reviews is "wealth of entertaining, occasionally raunchy stories" that Guy has to tell about Jeff Beck, the Rolling Stones, Little Walter, Big Mama Thornton, Willie Dixon and Junior Wells.

Guy will join The Daily Circuit Friday to talk about his biography.
