Wisconsin recall update

Today more than the required 540, 208 signatures will be turned into Wisonsin's Government Accountability Board which oversees the recall election effort.

What happens after the signatures are reviewed? What is the mood of the electorate? Do recall supporters have a challenger to Walker if they are successful in triggering an election?
