DFL Gov. Mark Dayton made the move that will likely end the state government shutdown by accepting a Republican budget offer -- with a few new conditions -- that he had initially rejected two weeks ago.

Dayton joins Gary Eichten in the studio to talk about the deal and his decision to compromise on a tax increase.
