Video: Track races kick off bike festival

Blaine, Minn. — North St. Paul's Colton Barrett returned to the National Sports Center Velodrome to defend his championship at the Fixed Gear Classic cycling race in Blaine, Minn. The 20-year-old is the youngest member of the Minneapolis-based Kelly Benefit Stategies-OptumHealth team, a team he joined last year.

Last weekend's Fixed Gear Classic kicked off the Nature Valley Bicycle Festival, a 10-day event which features riders from across the country racing through multiple Minnesota and Wisconsin cities. Cyclists will race through downtown St. Paul streets on Wednesday.
