June 14 is officially Flag Day in the United States. But it seems almost every day is a celebration of the Stars and Stripes in America.
Flag Day commemorates the anniversary of Old Glory becoming the country's official flag on June 14, 1777.
More than two centuries later, this flag flies outside schools, national monuments and government buildings. It also adorns city buses, graces gas stations and hangs over ice cream parlors, car dealerships, electronics stores and funeral homes.
