The Minnesota Department of Health has confirmed another measles case bringing the state's total from the outbreak to 21.
Eighteen of the cases have been linked to a measles virus that originated in Kenya. The infection was brought back to Minnesota by a Somali toddler.
Two other measles cases were traced to people who acquired infections in Florida and India. Another case has unknown origins.
There have been 13 hospitalizations from the outbreak and no deaths.
