Misbehaving banks put wrench in foreclosure process
Some of the nation's biggest banks put a freeze on foreclosures this week after allegations of fraud called into question the legality of the foreclosure process. Experts are mixed on predicting outcomes as either stalling, or propping up the restoration of the real estate market.
