Defense Secretary Gates says Iraq War is over.

At ceremonies marking the formal close of the US combat mission in Iraq, Gates said history will judge whether the 7 1/2 year war was worthwhile. MIT international relations professor Stephen Van Evera joins Midday to look back and look ahead.
