Bankrupt auto dealer Denny Hecker has been granted a divorce from his wife, although financial and child custody issues have yet to be resolved.
Hennepin County Judge Jay Quam dissolved Hecker's 15-year marriage to Tamitha Hecker Thursday and ordered a trial to divide any remaining assets.
KSTP-TV reports Tamitha Hecker is asking for $15 million and sole custody of the couple's two children, ages 8 and 14.
Hecker closed or sold 26 auto dealerships and filed for bankruptcy in June. Court records show Hecker has $757 million in debts and about $18 million in assets.
