'Culinary anthropology' with Andrew Zimmern

On his hit Travel Channel series, Andrew Zimmern roams the world practicing what he calls "culinary anthropology," eating everything from giant flying ants to raw camel kidney. He says it's one of the best ways to discover what is most authentic about a culture.
