Republican Rep. Joe Wilson's "you lie!" comment during the President's speech on health care reform has ignited a debate over what role racism is playing in the criticism of the Obama administration.

Former President Jimmy Carter says he believes a majority of the opposition is fueled by racism, but the President has rejected that idea.
