The role of compassion in religion today

Acclaimed religion writer Karen Armstrong speaks at the Chautauqua lecture series about the role of compasssion in the world's great religions.

Armstrong is the author of several best-selling books about religion, including "A History of God: The 4000-Year Quest of Judaism, Christianity and Islam."
