Local and organic foods will be sold at the Renewing the CountrySide Market. Foods include caprese salad on-a-stick (basil, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and balsamic vinegar), Minnesota apples, Sugar Baby Watermelons and maple syrup sodas. Located at the Progress Center

Serving roti with chicken, potato or chick peas, Jamacian Jerk Chicken wings, peanut punch, Caribbean punch, ginger beer. Located in the Food Building

Serving chicken and rice bowls, Brazilian Bowls (garlic rice, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes), Italian Bowls (garlic rice, Italian beans, romano cheese) and Mexican Bowls (yellow rice, lettuce, tomtaoes, onions, cheddar cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo).
