U.S. Supreme Court justice Stephen Breyer recently spoke at the 2009 Aspen Ideas Festival about his work on the U.S. Supreme Court.  He talked with Harvard Law School professor Charles Ogletree.

Breyer took a seat on the Supreme Court in 1994, after he was nominated by President Bill Clinton.  Before that, he served as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  He was also a professor at Harvard Law School for nearly three decades.
