Democrat Al Franken's lead in the U.S. Senate election has increased to 312 votes. Election officials added the results of 351 improperly rejected votes to the overall count today and now the three-judge panel presiding over the election challenge will focus on other issues raised by Republican Norm Coleman.
To talk more about the effects of the recount today on the election in general All Things Considered called Secretary of State Mark Ritchie.
