In an Oxford-style debate, six financial experts discuss whether Washington or Wall Street is to blame for the economic crisis.
The experts include Niall Ferguson, a Harvard historian and the author of "The Ascent of Money: A Financial History of the World" and economist Nouriel Roubini of New York University, who predicted an economic crisis and has come to be known as "Dr. Doom."
The debate, sponsored by the Rosenkranz Foundation, was moderated by John Donvan, a correspondent for ABC News "Nightline." It took place in the Caspary Auditorium at The Rockefeller University in New York City.
