"Art Hounds" is a new weekly feature from MPR News.

It's a glimpse of what's going on in the regional art scene through the eyes and ears of members of Minnesota's arts community.

Each week, three Art Hounds will tell us about a performance, opening or event they've seen or are planning to see.

Call it an insider's view of what's exciting in local arts.

-- Rokia Traore of Mali will perform tomorrow night at the Cedar Cultural Center in Minneapolis.

-- The photography exhibit "What's New? Phase 2: 32 times 4," runs through March 1 at the Minneapolis Central Library.

-- "Cafe Intifada, An Intellectual Salon" is on at Bedlam Theater in Minneapolis through Saturday, but all the remaining performances are sold out.
