The recession breeds more cyber threats as companies pare back security budgets and more turn to hacking for income, according to a tech research firm in Boston. Also, those who are concerned about cyber espionage and attacks coming into the U.S. from other countries hope an Obama administration will hold to its promise to work on the issue.
