New documentary looks at torture's effects on the torturer

A new American RadioWorks documentary looks at how torture affects the person who is carrying out the torture. It's called "What Killed Sergeant Gray."

MPR's Perry Finelli spoke with reporter Joshua Phillips, who co-produced the documentary with Michael Montgomery.
