Can a cease-fire bring peace in Georgia?
After five days of fighting, the presidents of Georgia and Russia have agreed to a cease-fire. But whether that agreement will lead to peace in the region is still in question. Retired U.S. Foreign Service officer Tom Hanson joins Midday to talk about developments in Georgia and Russia.
