Should Guantanamo be closed?

A recent visit to the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, left U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison wondering whether the detention camp should be closed. A lawyer representing a detainee, who has visited many times, says no matter how well detainees are treated, their legal rights are not being honored.
