'The Omnivore's Dilemma'

St. Paul, Minn. — Author Michael Pollan speaks about the food we eat -- and the way we grow and distribute it. He says Congress should pass a "food bill," not a "farm bill."

Pollan spoke at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum about his best-selling book, "The Omnivore's Dilemma."
