The Edwards "Poverty Tour"

Presidential candidate John Edwards hopes his tour of places in poverty will bring the issue home to more people. But polls suggest that not even low-income voters favor Edwards as a result.

Robert Dallek: Presidential historian and author most recently of "Nixon and Kissinger: Partners in Power." He's also written several books on LBJ's presidency including, "Lyndon B. Johnson: Portrait of a President."
