A fight is shaping up at the Capitol. Gov. Pawlenty and the DFL-controlled Legislature are clashing over the budget. The governor has already vetoed the bonding bill that hit his desk last week, and he's ready to reject more bills as they come his way. MPR's Cathy Wurzer talked with Minnesota Public Radio Capitol reporter Tom Scheck.
