Klobuchar's answer to global warming: "silver buckshot"

Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., says there is no "silver bullet" solution to combating global warming; she argues what Congress really needs is "silver buckshot." Minnesota's junior senator proposed a multi-pronged approach to reducing greenhouse gas emissions in a speech Monday at the University of Minnesota.
