What terrorists want

The House Intelligence Committee released a report Wednesday warning that al Qaeda and its affiliates remain a potent enemy in the war on terrorism. The committee's chairman called for a "comprehensive strategy ... to engage [Islamic extremism] on a number of different fronts."
