Pawlenty: "I don't want to be Vice President."

Governor Pawlenty said this in his press availability today:
"For the 900th time, I am not running for Vice President. I don't want to be Vice President and I'm focused on being governor of the state of Minnesota and have said I will fill out my term."
I'm putting this up so it's in black and white.

Someone should ask him "If G-o-d forbid Vice President Dick Cheney passed away and the President asked him to serve the remainder of Vice-President Cheney's term" would he turn it down?
