Explore Baldwin Township on Ground Level

What does it take to maintain a community? To build one? MPR News is actively working a fresh project called Ground Level, to cover how residents seek paths to improve their communities. The first stop is Baldwin Township, just south of Princeton, Minn. and north of the Twin Cities:

"As the township comes to grips with the consequences of rapid growth--its hopscotch of housing developments, increased road maintenance, the matter of whether to become a city or be annexed by Princeton--residents also are confronting a less tangible question: What exactly is the town's identity?"
