It seems there's been an increased curiosity recently in whether digitized entertainment media are becoming more popular. Today, is it more common to read news online than in the newspaper? Are you more likely to carry a Kindle than a paperback? Are more people foregoing CDs in favor of mp3 players? All are recent hot topics of conversation - for instance, Today's Question recently asked for opinions about e-books. It's a trend.
It only seems to follow, then, that on tonight's Musicheads, host Bill Deville asks listeners, "How do you prefer to purchase your music: CD, LP or mp3?"
Of course, it wouldn't be Musicheads without a little critique and discussion of the latest releases, and tonight Bill, Barb Abney, and David Safar look at the recent Tori Amos, Jack Penate, and The Envy Corps.
