wouldn't normally ask you to be in a certain place at a certain time, but we have a great chat and an MPR Advocates Network meeting on deck today:

* MPR's Bob Collins hosts a live online chat about bicyclists and drivers today at 1 p.m. CT. Show up on News Cut, he'll have directions there.

* There's an MPR Advocates Network meeting tonight at the Plains Art Museum in Fargo-Moorhead. 6 p.m. CT sharp! No entrance charge, but RSVP is requested.

In the Loop wants to know if your company is pushing you around in the bad economy:

Companies know we're anxious about our jobs. And, as one of you put it on our Facebook page the other day, "the rotten economy has certain employers treating their workers like crap, because they can."
